This course aims to enhance your confidence and precision in treatments by helping you develop advanced massage techniques. You'll be equipped to address a broader range of muscular concerns, enabling you to expand your client base. By offering more than just relaxation, you’ll be able to effectively treat clients experiencing muscular pain, tenderness, and reduced flexibility.

Palpation: Accurate palpation is vital for identifying areas of muscle damage. This course will teach you how to refine your palpation skills to better detect changes in texture, tension, and potential damage in soft tissue, allowing you to provide more effective treatments.

Trigger Points: Trigger points are localised, often painful areas within muscle fibers that can lead to referred pain. This course will teach you how to recognise and treat these points, using techniques that reduce muscle tension and improve healing.

Neuromuscular Techniques (NMT): NMT is a specialised technique to address chronic pain by applying deep friction and pressure. By using thumbs, fingers, fists, or elbows, therapists can alleviate muscle knots and adhesions, promoting long-term relief.

Hands-Free Massage: This technique blends Eastern and Western styles and is beneficial for all massage therapists, whether newly certified or experienced. Hands-free techniques allow therapists to maintain proper posture, ensuring the massage is effective while preventing injury or strain.

Prerequistes: You must hold a Level 3 Massage qualification
